As Vegeta retaliates by unleashing his full power, and launching a life-threatening attack on Toppo And eliminate ToppoWhere jiren seems unhappy with the performance of Toppo as Toppo hasn't eliminate any person yet.
Further, we have the provisional title for Episode 127, which hints that 17 will be more or less involved in the episode. So, while things do look grim for Universe 7, especially for Android 17, and Freeza, they’re not quite done yet. Freeza will likely make it to the very last few minutes of the Tournament of Power in my opinion. But that’s something we’ll find out gradually as we move forward.
